We performed an analysis of the Nordic market for organic food. The purpose was to help our client strategize for the future.We analyzed the full value chain. From producers to retailers and on to consumers. Every aspect was mapped out in order to draw conclusions about the future for organic food.
BRAND ENVIRONMENT ANALYSIS
Our client acted in a formerly state regulated monopoly market. It had just opened up to competitors. Our mission was to create a full scale picture of the industry, the new competitors and our client´s brand. The purpose was to enable the client to position their brand as the sustainable alternative in the industry.
